Multi-Head Pass Thru Welders
Janda's Multi-Head Pass Thru welder is a highly flexible design. With the
capability of doing flat sheet, cross wire welding, or configured for
stationary fixtured parts.

- Heavy duty rectangular tube steel frame is available in 36" to 96"
widths - Up to twelve (12) dual piston weld heads from one to three inch
stroke, adjustable across the face via a T-slot and adjust in-out up to
1/1/2 inches - Utilize up to three 70, 90, or 120kVA dual secondary transformers
- Bolt on lower table and upper gun mount adjust up & down over 12
inches - All bolt faces are blanchard ground

Janda's Multi Head Dimple Welder with Automatic Feed Tables are

- Heavy duty frame with blanchard ground upper & lower cross
members - Triple piston weld heads with 17-1 ratio
- 6ft front and 4ft rear feed tables uses 2 inch diameter rollers with
common shift plates on THK bearings and automatically shifts side to
side 1 1/2 inches - Machine cycle rates of under 2 1/2 seconds
